Terms & Conditions

  • Referrer must obtain the referred individual’s prior consent before sharing any personal information or contact details with Mortgage Tailors
  • Referrer is responsible for ensuring that the referred individual has consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) before submitting any referral information
  • Referral payouts will be made to the PayNow number provided by the referrer in the submission form. Mortgage Tailors will not be responsible for incorrect or invalid PayNow details submitted, and no reissuance of payout will be made once payment has been processed
  • The referral programme is valid for a limited soft launch period and may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the company’s discretion 

  • Referrer must be at least 18 years old and based in Singapore

  • Referred individual must be a new lead and not already in contact with Mortgage Tailors

  • Only the first referrer for each successful case will be eligible for the referral reward 

  • Referral reward is only payable upon successful loan completion, defined as:
    – Client signs a loan package with a bank
    – Loan is successfully disbursed

  • Referral reward amount will be based on the final loan quantum tier

  • Payout will be made within 30–60 days after loan disbursement

  • Each successful referral is eligible for one payout only 

  • Mortgage Tailors reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of fraudulent, duplicate, or non-genuine referrals 

  • Mortgage Tailors reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and request supporting information where necessary

  • All decisions made by Mortgage Tailors regarding eligibility and payout are final
